          1st men: 10:20am – 1st women: 10:50am – Cut off time: 2:05pm

FEED ZONE 3 – Cassà de la Selva : KM 146,5 (Restricted access, only cyclists)

          1st men: 11:0m – 1st women: 12:02pm – Cut off time: 4:15am

FINISH FEED ZONE – Girona  – Cut off time: 7:40pm

* Only athletes are allowed to enter the feed zones, mechanical and food assistance is prohibited.

* Remember that in the life bases, we do not provide any single-use containers.

FEED ZONE PRODUCTS
Feed zone 1,2 & 3: water, Coca-cola, isotonic drink,  products, banana, orange, candies, quince, cacao and hazelnut cream, nuts, olives,potato omelette, rice and pasta.
Finish: water, Coca-cola, isotonic drink, fruit, nuts, olives, potato omelette (all free gluten) and pasta or rice.

ASSISTANCE AREA 1 – Corçà : KM 119 – Parking

1st men: 10:25am – 1st women: 10:55am

• Remember that in the PRO category there can only be 2 assistants per athlete and they will have to be accredited with the bracelet that will be given to them by the organisation during the race bib collection.
• The assistance areas will be perfectly marked, assistance can only be given in these areas, any assistance received outside the areas will be penalised.
• In the assistance area you can be supplied with food, clothing or mechanical support.

PRE-REGISTRATIONS, there’ll be 200 PRO spots available.

Please note that registration will follow a selection process:

1. Registration : When signing up, you will be asked to complete a short set of questions to verify your Pro status.

2. Review & Waitlist : After registering, your application will be placed on a waiting list. All entries will be reviewed to determine eligibility.

3. Confirmation : If you are not selected, you will have two options: switch to the Open category or request a full refund.

You will find your LIFE BAG at Feed zone 2, where you can make use of it.
