To participate in The Traka Adventure, it is mandatory to have previously completed at least one ultra-distance event of 300 kilometers or more.

This experience must be properly verified through an official results link or any other valid proof confirming participation and completion of the event. This requirement is intended to ensure the safety of all participants and to guarantee that they possess the necessary knowledge and preparation to take on a challenge of this magnitude.
